Crafted Essence is here to support your creative process. Since we want this to be a positive experience for all concerned, we adhere to a clear and simple set of service terms. If you sign up for coaching, you agree to the following:

Best Intentions: Crafted Essence aims to offer support and guidance for your writing process. We will set clear intentions together and check in regularly to make sure we are meeting those goals. If you are new to writing coaching, we suggest beginning with a single session to see if coaching is right for you. Crafted Essence cannot guarantee that you will produce a work of brilliance, get published or turn into a world class author overnight.

Keeping it Friendly: A good relationship is essential for coaching to work well. Crafted Essence values respectful honesty between client and coach. We know it is vulnerable to share writing; we honour that vulnerability and keep the content of sessions confidential. Please make every effort to be on time, and we will make every effort to be flexible in our scheduling.

Being prepared: Since you are a writer, you probably do not need reminding to bring writing materials to the session as well as any work in progress. You are responsible for taking notes or recording a session. While “homework” might be suggested, you are the only one who can decide how much work you do between sessions in order to make the most of our time.

Payment: Payment for any and all coaching sessions needs to happen at least 24 hours before the session takes place. You can pay on the website using Pay Pal or Stripe. You can also request an invoice and pay by direct bank transfer if preferred.

Cancellations/Re-scheduling: If you need to cancel a session, there is no charge as long as you make the change at least 48 hours before the session. You can send an email: Craftedessence@gmail.com or text +44 7773 962650.

We will credit you for any cancellations and do our best to re-schedule as promptly as possible. If you require a refund, please note that there will be a processing fee if you paid using Pay Pal.

If you have purchased a pack of ten coaching sessions and decide midway through that you no longer wish to continue, we will only refund the unused sessions and at the discounted rate.

If you book reading and feedback services, we will agree on a maximum number of hours. Reading time will vary based on the length and degree of complexity of the written material. Crafted Essence undertakes to be as efficient as possible, but please do not expect results sooner than a week at the earliest.
